1) Make your meals ahead
So no matter how late you get home you will always have something ready to eat. You’ll save money, time and will be more likely to eat something healthy
2) Use a daily planner
Whether it is a pocket calendar or on your phone. So that you won’t be surprised or have forgotten an important meeting or tasks
3) Stretch.
At least once per day. Helps to keep your joints flexible and your soul centered
4) Don’t save all of your chores for the weekend
Save some of the weekend for doing nothing or doing something that brings you joy
5) Find a place in your house this is just yours (even if it’s just your side of the bed)
6) Laugh
Set aside a day or a few hours to watch a funny movie, go to a comedy club or whatever makes you laugh out loud. Laughing increases blood flow and boosts immunity
7) Carry a phone charger with you, always!
8) Lay out your clothes for the next day before you go to bed
You’ll save a huge step and be able to get out of the door much sooner in the morning
9) Go ahead and cheat!
Choose one of your meals per day to eat something that you love, even if you are on a diet
10) Learn the Lesson
Whatever you’ve been through, don’t let it be in vain. Learn from it, don’t repeat it and teach someone else
